From 2004 to the present: our history

is the 16th of December 2004, when Rocco and Antonella open the restaurant Al Sangiovese, in the historic center of Bologna. As the name says, they immediately decide to follow in the footsteps of the Emilia-Romagna tradition, bringing high quality products to the table; able to tell the territory through its flavors.

The hosts

Antonella and Rocco are the soul of the restaurant, where they combine passion, professionalism and hospitality to express their own history and that of the territory through their dishes.
